To have an existing water meter turned on, or to transfer water service into your name, you will need to complete an Application for Water Service at least 24 hours prior to the date you would like to start service. There are three ways to apply for water service:
You can complete the online form - A Customer Service Representative will contact you to verify the information at set a password for your water account.
You can visit the Customer Services Department at 5920 Linea del Cielo, Rancho Santa Fe, to apply in person. Please note the District's office hours.
