[ARCHIVED] Nick Isabell Awarded Employee of the Year at SFID

Nick Isabell has been with the District for 10 years and has spent the last year as the District's Senior Utility Worker with a large emphasis on the automated meter replacement program. He currently holds a California State Water Resources Board Water Distribution Operator, Grade 4  and Water Treatment Operator, Grade 1, as well as a California-Nevada Section of the American Water Works Association Cross Connection Specialist and Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester certifications, of which he achieved this year.

Nick is always looking to improve work efficiency with tasks both in the field and in the office and regularly goes above and beyond his regular job duties.  He often starts his days early and ends them late, working with not only staff, but customers as well. Nick's willingness to go above and beyond, coupled with his commitment to the Santa Fe Irrigation District, exceeds the requirements of Employee of the Year award and he is highly deserving of it.
