Payment Options


Please review your bank's online bill pay agreement, as payments are typically delivered 1 - 7 days after requesting payment be made to the District through your bank.  Please ensure your online bill payment request is completed early enough that the District receives your payment on or before your bill's due date to not incur any additional late fees.


Customers can make a one-time payment on the District's Customer Online Portal, or sign up to pay the current bill and obtain water usage history, view previous bills, and manage multiple water accounts.

auto-pay / Direct Payment Program

You can sign up for our Automatic Payment / Direct Payment Program. This will allow the District to debit your checking or savings account approximately 18 days from date of mailing. The date will be shown on your bill.

In Person

Bring in your payment to the District office during normal business hours for a receipt. A drop box is available in our parking lot.

You now have the option to pay by credit card:

  • Discover
  • American Express with the cooperation of Official Payments Corporation
A fee will be assessed based on the amount of the bill. Call 800-272-9829 and follow the directions of the automated system, when prompted enter the District's Jurisdiction code 1536. Please note your payment is not immediate. The Santa Fe Irrigation District will be notified of your payment on the next business day.
