5/30/19 @ 8am update:  SFID’s main line (858-756-2424) is currently working with no auto attendant or voicemail.  Please call this SFID main line with any questions; however, if a live customer service representative does not pick up, we are helping another customer at the moment.  If this should happen, please try to call back a little later or email customerservice@sfidwater.org if it is a matter that doesn’t require immediate attention.  We apologize for any inconvenience as we try and continue to address the issue to restore full phone service.  Thank you
